Community Swimming Pool

*The pool is closed until Memorial Day 2019* Pool parties may be scheduled through Sweetwater Pools at 281-988-8480. No alcohol is permitted. Recreation passes are required for access. No other form of ID will be accepted, including state IDs. Pool hours may be viewed by using the 'Click here for more information' link.

Raintree Village Pool Rules
1. No smoking in the pool or park areas.
2. No one will be admitted without a Raintree Village recreation pass card. With each card, you are only allowed to bring with you two (2) guests.
3. Any child 14 years of age or under must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
4. Only swimwear specifically made for swimming and approved by the lifeguards are allowed in pool. Babies must wear swim diapers - no disposable diapers are allowed in the pool.
5. Only children aged 4 and under are permitted in the baby pool at any time.
6. No running or rough housing is allowed.
7. No glass containers (aluminum cans and plastic only).
8. No loud music in the pool area.
9. No food or beverages are permitted in the pool.
10. Pool flotation items are allowed, but are restricted to small tubes and floats at the lifeguard's discretion. No Frisbee or similar type toys are allowed.
11. No diving in the shallow end.
12. No pets are allowed in the pool area.
13. No loud, abusive, or foul language will be tolerated.
14. Parents are fully responsible for their children and their guests in the pool area.
15. No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pool, park or parking areas.

Diving Board Rules
1. No flips of any kind, backwards jumps or double bouncing.
2. No non-swimmers and no catching kids in the deep end.
3. No goggles or flotation devices in the deep end.
4. Only one person is allowed on the diving board at a time.
5. The next diver must wait until the previous diver reaches the side of the pool before diving off of the board.

If the pool reaches capacity, newcomers will have to wait until patrons leave the pool area before being allowed to enter. This is in accordance with standard safety protocols, and there will be no exceptions made.

THE LIFEGUARDS HAVE FINAL AUTHORITY. Anyone who chooses to argue or disagree with a lifeguard's decision may be asked to exit the pool area. Any person who declines or fails to leave the pool area when asked to by a lifeguard will be considered to be criminally trespassing, and law enforcement may be called for assistance.

If you are asked to leave the pool area, please do so in a calm and expedited manner. Please do not loiter in the parking area. If you disagree with the way a lifeguard handled a situation, you may contact KPM Management and we will either forward your concerns to the Board of Directors or we will assist you in scheduling a hearing before the Board during their next monthly meeting. You also have the option to contact the pool company directly to speak with a supervisor or manager.
